Patrick Ohadike has a bachelor of laws degree from the University of Kent, Canterbury, and a master of laws from Kings College, London. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1996. He commenced his career with the law firm of Aluko & Oyebode, Lagos. He has also worked at Guaranty Trust Bank as legal counsel, where he undertook a wide variety of legal advisory work for the Bank. He then moved to First City Monument Bank Plc where he specialised in Corporate Finance and was involved in the initiation, development and execution of several original and innovative transactions. In addition, Mr Ohadike was also involved in capital raising, public and private placement of debt and equity, financial advisory services, privatisation advisory services, debt conversion transactions and securities sales and trading. He joined TZLF in 2002 as a Partner and in that capacity he has worked as legal adviser on debt issuance, project finance, and privatization. Mr Ohadike is also a director in several Nigerian private companies focused in the areas of agriculture, hospitality and entertainment.
